an amateur genealogist, I count myself fortunate to have been blessed with so many wonderful, and interesting ancestors. I feel as though a tiny bit of each of them has gone into making me the person that I am. Therefore, I have wanted to learn as much as possible about each.

And then there are the stories, the wonderful stories, telling about who they were, and where they lived, but most of all how they lived.

I am here, therefore I know they were too, but at what price??  I know a lot, but not nearly as much as I hope to find along this journey....
